Detox Tip; Eat Berries! Anthocyanins are the pigments found in most blue, purple and dark red-skinned fruits (like berries), vegetables and legumes, and they are an important nutrient for detoxification. Anthocyanins act as antioxidants that help fight free radical damage (damage caused by oxidative stress such as poor diet, smoking and environmental factors). They also have anti-inflammatory and cancer preventative benefits. So we should eat them!
